Day 4 of my cookie series I’m making my famous meringues. With only 4 ingredients they’re very popular and definitely a fan favorite. Everyone loves these & they’re so easy. Meringue cookies 3 egg white (large egg) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon distilled white vinegar Heat the oven at 200 degrees. Line parchment paper and cookie trays. Place egg whites in a stand mixer bowl fitted with a whisk and whip until stiff peaks hold and meringue does not slide out when bowl is
