There are so many ways you can add on to your footwork in one of those is by adding the magic circle to the flow. I also wanted to record this while I was at home and it was -30 to -40° outside just showing I’m in sweats & they’re not matching but I still want to get a workout in. Pilates doesn’t care what you look like. Doesn’t care how old you are. It doesn’t care if it’s your first session or your 200th. Pilates is here to help you move safer and stronger.
