I make all my own plaster molds from mostly wheel thrown forms. I like to start with simple shapes as I love adding my own individual touch to each piece, whether is studs or carved designs. My process to create a mold system: Once I perfect an original wheel thrown piece, I’ll create a plaster mold from it.
