Every Rolls-Royce starlight ceiling is built by hand — star by star. Artisans place between 1,000 and 1,600 tiny fiber-optic lights one at a time. Each strand is carefully inserted, trimmed, and angled by hand, a process that can take up to 17 hours for just one car. The lights aren’t evenly placed on purpose. Their brightness and position are adjusted to create depth, a natural night-sky feel, and even custom constellations based on special dates or locations. This isn’t just interior lighting.
