How to build this Tote Storage Rack for $100 all you need is 14 2x4 8' , 14 2x2 8' and 2lbs 2½" wood screws. Cut 40 2x2s at 27" , 10 2x4 at 84" use these to build 5 ladders with the 2x2s spaced 16½" apart.
