University Hospital Limerick have created a virtual tour video to help children understand what will happen on the day of their surgery. “The video aims to help the child become familiar with the ward/theatre environment and the staff members they will meet along their theatre journey. Preparing children beforehand will also give them the opportunity to raise any queries or fears they may have, enabling them to feel more confident and in control of their surgery experience.” #OurHealthService ➡
