The YTWL is one of the most underrated upper body exercises. It’s typically performed for shoulder health, but it’s also a great upper back builder. You don’t need extra load; you can use just bodyweight and get an amazing workout. The Y works the lower traps The T works the rear delts The W works the mid back The L works the rotator cuff muscles If you don’t have access to an incline bench, you can do these in the bentover position. Try doing 10-10-10-10 reps all in a row and feel that burn👌👊
