The Mindfulness Project is a partnership between Erie MetroParks and the Erie County Community Foundation that encourages individuals and families to cultivate a practice of quiet reflection in nature. Mindfulness areas have been added to three MetroParks. Castalia Quarry MetroPark now has a Mindfulness Walk trail which features benches and meditative instructions along the path.
