4:45AM Structure Fire, Porter Theater. The Porterville Fire Department responded with a full structural response, assisted by Tulare County Fire and Cal Fire. PFD Truck #71, Patrol #71 and TCFD arrived on scene and initiated search and rescue operations, locating an individual trapped inside the structure.
